“Is This My Mental Breakdown?” EP Available on all platforms May 15, 2020!

Each song on this album was written in the perspective of someone with a mental disorder to highlight how society can treat these individuals, the symptoms that they are experiencing, and the daily struggles these individuals go through because of these symptoms. The songs were written based on the manual that Psychologists and Psychiatrists use to diagnose disorders (the DSM-V) in order to make sure it was factually accurate. In this album, the emotions in the lyrics are tied to the music to demonstrate what it feels like to be at the peak of a mental disorder presenting itself.
